Hi, my favorite job is being a mom and wife. But what makes me jump out of bed everyday is the excitement of helping other women. I’ve been a physical therapist for over 14 years. The whole body approach that I use has led to developing and designing movement programs, that get your body and your life back through a progression of movements proven to heal and restore your core, pelvic floor, and posture. My core and pelvic floor was wrecked after two traumatic births in 18 months. I made it worse with huge mistakes that caused leaking, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti. Traditional exercises and treatments did not help me and I felt scared and alone. I’m so grateful that being a physical therapist and a fitness nut gave me the resources to figure out the solution and develop a program that’s really effective. My wish is for you avoid my mistakes, to have hope that there are solutions, and to know that you are not alone.

There are so many messages out there that tell us our problems are a normal part of being a women, like needing extra pads, medications, and even surgery! We can end up spending money on health and diet products we don’t need because our body can naturally heal with the right movements, nutrition, and mindset. So my vision and passion is to help women be empowered with knowledge about a foundational set of self care routines, so we are powerful to transform our lives and our world.


“Love Your Body” 6 Week Program

Not enough women are getting postpartum care. Strings are abruptly cut after the 6 week check up. Moms are left with both emotional baggage, and the heavy load of their Post-Baby Bodies, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
